the programme.

Specialists, founders, companies and owners of technology or know-how.

A clearer negotiating position and a documented basis for cooperation.

The actual scope is agreed for your task. Participation does not automatically include all services or the budget of a project.

WORK → OUTPUT

What the work consists of.

  1. 01

Map expertise, intellectual assets and relevant ownership evidence.

  2. 02

Document provenance and define a controlled disclosure perimeter.

  3. 03

Prepare positioning and a route into relevant programmes.

Defined outputs

  • Individual profile or company note
  • MIPA internal record within the agreed scope
  • Positioning memo and next-step roadmap

A CONCRETE FIRST STEP

Start with the essentials.

  • A short non-confidential description of your expertise or asset
  • The cooperation or market task you want to address

The first enquiry needs a reply contact and a short non-confidential description. Detailed evidence follows through an agreed channel.

Responsibility

MIBC NPIO coordinates institutional participation and internal MIPA documentation. A separate authorised provider is identified for external professional or commercial work.

Scope and separate work

MIPA is an internal record, not a state IP registration. Patent and trademark filings, official fees, external legal opinions and SPV formation are separate work.
