Define the task, the responsible institutional or commercial party, the work, required information and next decision.

Confirm eligibility, duration, contribution, separate costs and exit conditions. A request is not membership or access permission.

Follow the agreed participation map and its evidence of progress. Payment is available only after an approved offer and payment channel exist.
The public programme pages, the personal workspace and the internal register have different purposes and access rules. A technical account never creates membership, verified identity or permission to represent an entity.
