VALUE NEEDS CLEAR TERMS

Agree the scope.
Understand the cost.

The institutional membership contribution and the budget of a commercial project are separate. Your written terms must identify the responsible party and what is actually provided.

Institutional scope

Participation coordination, agreed internal MIPA documentation, positioning and the relevant cooperation route. MIBC NPIO is the institutional organisation; commercial execution belongs to the identified authorised entity.

Agreed separately

External patent or trademark filings, government fees, third-party legal opinions, representation, SPV formation, logistics and project delivery. MIPA is not a government IP registry.

Before any payment

An active public tariff, membership term and termination conditions are not currently published. Request the written scope, duration, contribution, separate fees and exit terms. Online membership payment is not open.

THE ECONOMIC REASON

Evaluate the effect
for your business.

For a separate joint project, remuneration can be tied to a specifically agreed result. There is no automatic claim on all of a member’s business profit. The calculation basis, costs, share, term and verification need their own agreement.

YOUR INPUTS. ONE PERIOD.

Assess the economic effect.

Enter your own estimates for the same period and currency. The calculator does not predict returns or set membership prices. Do not count the same benefit twice.

Illustrative net effect— AED

Additional profit + separate savings − contribution − external costs − project remuneration.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS

Does membership guarantee business growth?

No. The value is assessed through agreed work, relevant cooperation and evidenced outcomes. A calculation or programme concept is not an achieved return.

Is every programme included in my contribution?

No. The written membership scope and each separate project determine the work, eligibility, responsible provider and costs.

Can I submit confidential IP now?

Start with a non-confidential summary. Sensitive material follows only after an authorised contact establishes the appropriate disclosure and transfer route.

YOUR NEXT CHAPTER

Start with your ambition.

A goal, a contact and a clear next step. Describe what you want to develop, protect or bring to the ecosystem.
